Welcome to my health tips blog. Over the past twenty-five years I have been persuing my interest in health and well being. I’d like to share what I have learned. I will post on a variety of health topics with an emphasis on healing through human energy systems, such as acupuncture theory. I will occasionally review books that I like.

You may also find me going off on a philosophical tangent at times. I have an unusual, some might say radical, attitude toward health and well being, that I may be tempted to share. However, most of the time I will be sharing practical advice on leading a healthy, joyful, addiction free, and pain free life.

Nice blog Ed. I love radical approaches to health. I try to live as simply and healthfully as I can. But as you know, there are so many daily stressors that can create imbalances in the mind and body. I work in an office from 9 to 5. In the evenings I go to school part-time and I’ve recently started my own business. Making time for health and inner peace has never been more important, or more of a discipline. I’m always looking for natural ways to strengthen my body to support my busy lifestyle. I look forward to reading your health tips and might ask you some questions as well. Blog to you soon.
