Today’s tip is to take a relaxing vacation every year. It’s good just to have a change of scenery, every once in a while. That’s what I am doing. I’ll be back in about a week.

Have a great vacation, Ed. I intend to go to Belize with my family when my father recovers from his current illness. Officially all trips are vacations of course however I wouldn’t mind discovering a home away from home.
I’ll check the sidebar for the Master Cleanse…perhaps you’ve written on it in a previous post. So where are you and what are you doing on your vacation? All the best, Nia.
People have been wondering about my vacation. It was a quick trip to San Francisco for a wedding. Very refreshing, and it’s great to be home. I have not yet posted on the master cleanse, but I do recommend it.
