		<description>Hi Laura, You don&#039;t need to soak the cloth long. Since the water is permeated in ginger juice, just getting the cloth wet with it is good enough.

It would also be helpful to cover the cloth with a warm dry towel, or a heating pad. If you use a heating pad, put it on the lowest setting. You don&#039;t want to overheat the back, just keep the wet cloth warm.
