If you want to cleanse with cooked foods, soups are the best way to go. Simple vegetable soups, with or without the vegetables still in them, depending on how strong you are and how intense a cleansing you need. You can also puree the soups.
Also, people with colder, weaker constitutions can do shorter cleanses. One to three days, every 2-4 weeks.

Hi Edward. Yes it is important to connect with the earth. It is precious. I feel more alive in the forest and the garden. Usually, unless I feel behind with the gardening tasks! Just noticing your comments about cleansing. I have done the gall bladder cleanse a couple of times and several other type cleanses over the years; yeast diet cleanses, the James Reese diet ( quite involved pH focused, as well as releasing microorganism), other cleasnes as well. I appreciate the value of cleansing. I feel kind of concerned about the whole cleansing thing. I value the support you gave to me last spring. You were clear that I do not have a constitution for juicing. I definitely feel better when I eat cooked food and so I do. So what about cleansing in the future? I suppose I could cleanse using cooked food? Cooked juice seems kinda strange? Any thoughts?
