One thing I think should be clear, if you’ve read most of my posts, is that I believe in eating whole foods. I think that is the way we are designed, and I think we get maximum nutrition that way. It will take us a long long time to figure out what all of the beneficial nutrients are in the foods we eat. Then to try and package them all in a pill or powder, we may as well eat the whole food.

I agree. Whole food will always be better than protein powders.
From a strength training perspective, my only reason to use protein powders, is that it’s cheaper than meat.
