We do have a China town somewhere here in Houston. You know what would be helpful though? If all this info were in a book you wrote so I could carry it with me while I was hunting for Gan Mao Ling when I get a nasty cold and a worse cough. 

Just an idea, but it seems like a book about the things you write here would be great--and definitely salable.</description>
