		<description>I&#039;ve looked at most of the English-language books about Chinese herbs for martial purposes.  Bisio&#039;s Tooth from a Tiger&#039;s Mouth is hands-down the best.  As a martial arts teacher, I&#039;ve recommended it several times to students interested in Chinese herbs.  I was hoping to do something similar, and hopefully of as good a quality, from a Western perspective with my Western Herbs for Martial Artists and Contact Athletes.  Both Eastern and Western herbs offer invaluable help in reducing the time it takes to recover from common martial arts injuries.</description>
